It imagines that in 2045 we will look back nostalgically to swimming in the sea: "What if we'd still be able to swim in the sea?"

In this song the telescope serves as a visual bridge through time and space. Compared to the infinity and timeless wonders of the universe, everyday life becomes almost negligible. The lyrics philosophically explore the idea that our inward-looking, critical gaze pales in comparison to the overwhelming splendor of stars and planets. Musically, Telescope begins subdued, unfolding into a sparkling soundscape.
