Without two specific crew members, I wouldn’t be anywhere near the final edit of the film "the wind in her hands". The story advisors have been absolutely essential—and one in particular deserves a special shoutout.
Sandra Trostel has challenged me in all the right ways. A story advisor is that trusted voice with fresh ears who shows up just when you’ve lost your way. They’re like a tuning fork—helping you find the key you’ve been playing in all along. They don’t rewrite your melody, they just help you hear it more clearly.
Sandra’s been a mentor for years, and I’ve been lucky to work with her on several projects. She’s first and foremost a brilliant director, editor, and filmmaker. Her debut feature utopia Ltd shares some of the spirit of my own film—coming of age, chasing dreams, searching for meaning. Her work has brought me joy and helped me see the world with new eyes.
