Today’s quote is about concentrated effort. Directing your energy to what matters most is how to achieve real results. I battle myself on this often, because I can’t always decipher what matters most. Between being a husband, a dad, an employee, a motorcycle rider, a creator, etc. - it can be difficult to stay focused. But I think the key for me is to find focus in the moment. Being fully present when I’m with my family, breathing in the freedom when I’m on the bike, being as creative as I can when I can - that focus is important and intentional for me.

This is the first shoot I’ve done with the new rear shock from @wilbersproducts . It’s hard to convey how impactful it’s been in a photo, but man I absolutely love the change. And so does my back. It’s such a huge improvement over the stock shock. I had no idea what I was missing.

I love today’s quote. It fits so perfectly with these shots. Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like you can tell who has a warmth in their heart. The ones who are kind and welcoming, who listen and genuinely care — those are the warm ones. I’m fortunate to have a few of those people in my life, and I do my best to be there for others.

This was such a fun little spot and I stumbled on an awesome old barn! This dirt road is just off of a road that I’ve been on a dozen times, but I never ventured down this way. One of my favorite things about the scrambler is that I can be a little more brave to explore the unknown a bit. I’ll definitely have to get back out here in the near future.

If you’ve followed me for any length of time, you know I’m a sucker for old buildings / structures. We passed this one during a ride a few weeks back and I just had to turn around to give it a closer look. Something about those red doors just stood out to me. I dont know what purpose(s) this building served back in the day, but I love how the red doors are still standing strong and vibrant against the leaning, eroding architecture around it. It’s like today’s quote - whatever song this building used to sing has long ended, but the melody still lingers.

I had fun with this one. My girls love these songs, and I kinda do too. I’ve heard them enough that they’re just in the rotation now. When I showed them this reel, I thought they’d think it was cringe or roll their eyes, but they both smiled and laughed. That reaction made my day. I love Spring. It’s like the earth is hopeful again. In a world desperate for hope, it feels so welcome. I love being able to be outside more and ride more and start projects I’d been pushing off. I don’t love the pollen, but it’s worth it.

Man, Spring is here and it feels so good. It’s been so nice to be able to get on the bike more, and just be outside. The sun and the breeze can be so healing. I’ve been a bit under the weather this week, but on the upswing again I think.
These shots are from a place I’ve been a few times, but it still always surprises me. It’s a single lane bridge over a river, with no guardrail or anything. There’s very little traffic, so it’s a pretty cool spot to just hang and shoot for a bit. Happy with how these came out. Shot 1 from the talented @stache_moto .
