We are so proud to finally share with you our film Dyfi Groms, a film that explores the themes of mental health, friendship, community, and connection with nature through the love of mountain biking.
With mental health and suicide cases on the rise in the UK it is our hope and dream that this film inspires and encourages those who might be struggling to reach out and speak out.
During the making of this film, we tragically lost a young rider in our community to suicide — a loss that devastated us all. Please help us share this film far and wide in the hope that it can raise awareness, start important conversations, and help prevent another loss like this. 🙏

Wow! What an experience and opportunity to get to share our film and raise more awareness of the importance of community, mental health, strength in vulnerability, and simply having fun on bikes!
