i’m really excited to share a pretty big update - this year, we went down the journey of working with a vineyard on the conversion process to get them their organic certification. it’s really cool that as Tinto grows, we get to make a direct impact on the farming in california, crazy because we’re still just a fam n friends owned op that’s young in the world of min intervention vino
this harvest we picked some insane zinfandel, gewürztraminer, and carignan from mendocino and monterey. the juice is already tasting phenomenal and I can’t wait to share these with y’all next year, get ready

Cellar 36 will be hosting wine connoisseurs @supervinobros , and natural wine producer @tintoamorio for the event as they’ll be pouring some incredible wine.
Food by none other than Marcel aka @muttyeats who will be putting together an incredible menu. Food available until sold out.

harvest to bottling: some behind the scenes of the people, places, and experiences behind each bottle:
1. The bottling crew. family and friends from around the country bopped in 🕺
2. Alex (unofficial official head of waxing ops) giving a 20 min speech but bringing it together with why we do what we do 🎤
3. Sunrise in Mendocino spending time with some of our new growers and pals 🌅
4. Harvest day for dry farmed Zin - some of the best I’ve found in California 🍇
5. Pressing off 24 day skin contact, getting some early ideas that the experiments were paying off and this vino was going to be delicious and have some nice tannin 🍊
6. Making new friends at Vin On Rose and finally giving y’all what you asked for, a place to find our vino in LA 🧃
7. Arriving in Healdsburg in a cyclone and having some risky moments with this years production 🌪
8. all the mates in full swing waxing bottles by hand for hours and hours. Each bottle is the definition of a labor of love 🫶
9. the first time previewing the new releases and getting stoked for 2023 😎
10. Los Angeles appreciation because home is what inspires a lot of what goes into how, why and what goes into each bottle 🌄
