With @carcassettes , as Yellow Picknick I found the freedom to record songs exactly the way I wanted, together with some of Amsterdam’s finest musicians in the late nineties. Everything was allowed, everything was possible and that’s what shaped this cassette into what it is.

27 tot 29 maart exposeert Tinca Veerman-Pekelharing tijdens de expositie Make hay, twee.
Tinca Veerman-Pekelharing werkt met stof en papier van klein tot groot formaat. Altijd onderzoekend wat er mogelijk is en wat het materiaal kan verdragen. Zij doet een poging om schoonheid te vangen te midden van chaos en onthullingen te forceren tussen het rauwe en verfijnde. Haar werken vragen de kijker om stil te staan, de constructie te ontrafelen en zowel het werk als hun eigen perceptie van de waarheid ter discussie te stellen.
