So we came into some beer…. This was a nice saison from Our Mutual Friend from our fair city, Denver, CO. Holy Scroller is a mixed-culture Brett Saison - delightfully bread-y with stone fruit undertones and a surprisingly clean finish at 5.8% abv. Syndicate of Sound was on the turntable, although this might also pair well with GBH.
