From fabric to form.
In our atelier, every piece begins by hand — cutting, pressing, shaping, stitching. A rhythm of gestures, learned and shared. Skills refined over time, carried by many hands.
We work with what already exists: high-quality deadstock fabrics, carefully selected and transformed into something new. No excess, no rush — just attention, craft, and the will to make it last.
What starts at the table, ends on the body.A garment, shaped by process.

From May 4 to 9, Tim Van Steenbergen opens his archive at REantwerp.
For six days, discover a curated selection of archive pieces from his earlier collections — garments shaped by over two decades of craftsmanship, defined by sculptural silhouettes, refined cuts, and a poetic balance between strength and softness.
This sale is more than a look back. It marks a shift forward. After building his own label, Tim chose to channel his vision into REantwerp — a social and sustainable atelier he co-founded with Ruth Goossens and GATAM vzw. Here, newcomers and refugees with a background in textiles are supported in developing their skills within the Belgian fashion industry.
All proceeds from the sale will go directly to the atelier’s work.
.
At REantwerp, fashion is created exclusively from deadstock materials sourced from Belgian designers and international luxury houses — transformed into handmade, limited pieces, each with its own story.
The Summer Archive Sale brings these two worlds together: the legacy of a designer and the future of a new, more responsible fashion system.
Come by, discover, and support.

A sunny walk with Silke.
She wears a skirt combining two Dries Van Noten leftover prints — pink florals and fireworks — with a black and blue screenprinted T-shirt. An easy summer look, full of movement, colour, and quiet character.
Handmade in our atelier from leftover fabrics, in limited editions only.

Made by Nassar, worn by Nassar.
He is wearing our regular jacket — a short summer jacket handmade in our atelier — paired with khaki REantwerp trousers. A quiet silhouette, easy to wear, shaped by craftsmanship and care.
At REantwerp, the people who make the clothes are part of the story. Handmade from leftover fabrics, in limited editions — unique, functional, and with a story.

Meet Vittorio. •
He wears one of our oversized shirts, where classic stripes are reworked with a contrasting floral collar — a small detail that quietly changes the whole piece.
At REantwerp, we like to play with contrast: masculine and soft, timeless and unexpected, familiar and new. Made from leftover fabrics and finished by hand in our atelier, each piece carries its own character — unique, easy to wear, and made with care.

A day in the REantwerp atelier.•
From first ideas to final details, every piece grows through craftsmanship, patience and many hands.
Behind each garment is a process of making, refining and reimagining — giving leftover fabrics a new future, and making the people behind our clothes visible along the way.

Abed is wearing three versions of our oversized shirt. For this version, we added a fine bow in a contrasting print: a small gesture that brings softness, character, and just enough playfulness to a classic shape.

At REantwerp, we like to build on what is already there. Handmade in our atelier from leftover fabrics, each piece is created in limited editions — unique, wearable, and with a story.

A small intervention can change the way you wear a piece again.
•
On Saturday April 4, from 12 PM until 5 PM, we open the doors of the REantwerp atelier for a screen-printing workshop where you can transform an old garment on the spot.
•
Bring a cotton piece from your own wardrobe — a T-shirt, denim, a light or dark sweater, or a shirt — and give it a new look through screen print. The idea is simple: to show how an existing piece can become relevant and wearable again through one thoughtful gesture.
No suitable item at home? We will also provide blank REantwerp T-shirts and sweaters.
For this workshop, we are partnering with Gezeever, Antwerp’s open screen-printing studio. Els from Gezeever will guide you through the process step by step. You can choose from three screen prints from the REantwerp archives, available in blue, white or black.
•
No registration needed — just walk in.

Viktoria wears REantwerp on the move: a denim skirt and oversized combi shirt, handmade from reclaimed fabrics.
At REantwerp, every piece begins with what is already there — and turns into something new, to wear, to keep, to carry into the season.

Sometimes, a new piece begins with simply paying attention.
•
While screenprinting our REantwerp logo T-shirts and sweaters, we noticed that too much ink was being lost in the process. Instead of letting that go to waste, we decided to place fabric underneath during printing — allowing those excess layers of ink to leave their marks on the cloth.
That fabric later became this summer jacket.
Worn here by Mendes and Abed, the piece carries the trace of its own making: a white jacket with a black screenprint that was not designed in the traditional sense, but created through process, intuition and reuse. Because every print develops differently, each jacket is entirely unique.
At REantwerp, we often find the beginning of something new in what might otherwise be overlooked. By working closely with process and material, we turn surplus into pieces with character, story and singularity.

Meet the Makers at REantwerp.
•
On March 21, REantwerp opens not only the doors of its shop, but also those of its atelier. A rare opportunity to step behind the scenes, discover our creative process, and meet the people behind the collection.
•
From 12 pm to 5 pm, we warmly welcome you for a special afternoon at REantwerp. During this edition of Meet the Makers, you are invited into the heart of our atelier, where each piece begins its journey — from deadstock fabric to finished garment, from idea to creation.
The REantwerp team will be there to share how craftsmanship, precision and imagination come together in every piece. Designer Tim Van Steenbergen and his right hand Nassar Nassar will also be present to tell you more about the inspiration behind the collection and the stories woven into the designs.
For those who usually visit us during the weekend, this is a unique chance to discover the atelier and meet the team. And for our makers, it is just as meaningful to meet the people who wear and appreciate their work.
We would be delighted to welcome you.
