En parcourant l’espace librairie de TIMUNTU, elle a eu deux coups de cœur : Maghreb Noir de Paraska Tolan-Szkilnik, et Un couple panafricain : Miriam Makeba et Stokely Carmichael en Guinée d’Elara Bertho. Dans ces deux ouvrages, elle retrouve ce qui nourrit son regard : d’un côté, une part de l’histoire du Maghreb encore trop peu transmise ; de l’autre, la conviction qu’il y a beaucoup à apprendre des couples militants et engagés.
