Django Takala passed away this morning.
We knew he wouldn't be with us much longer. I was in Singapore 22 hours ago. Rini told me to hurry home. 8am this morning I walked into the house and heard him bark.
We laid with him for 20 minutes and cried. Told him it was ok to go now. No more pain. 5 minutes later he passed. He held on waiting for all of us to be with him and peacefully let go.
12+ years. Django was born in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia in August of 2013. He moved with us to Singapore in 2016 and then New York in 2019, where he lived out his last 6 years waiting for Rini's cooking to drop from the sky or land magically in his bowl.
He loved laying on his belly on a cold floor doing "the starfish". Or finding someone's foot to lay on. He would follow Rini into the basement to hear her sing and sleep next to our bed at night.
You will forever be in our hearts little man. Django the Wonder Dog is now in doggie heaven. We Love 💕 You
Day 5..lazy day & wander to the 'tramway'... train to a special park, flowers, Harry Potter world..Flatron building..with lots of scaffolding...small condiments...NY business delivery. And an amazing awesome evening at the baseball...thx Timmy luv u xxx
