After not being too active here for quite a while, I am happy that I found time to produce again and share some new music with you 😊
This track, Silhouettes, I started writing mid-air on a flight to Gran Canaria - later when I was sitting on the sunny terrace of our Airbnb with a friend, we randomly unravelled its character by reversing (playing backwards) a cheesy pop vocal sample that immediately sounded like we just created something new and unique.

✍️ What if you were forced to spend your life on a mostly deserted island in the middle of the ocean? In such a thought experiment, hundreds of impressions come to mind. How would I obtain water and food? Are there wild or dangerous animals on the island, and would I be able to produce or find the necessary tools? Alongside these existential issues, questions about social connections and interactions also come up. Are there other individuals on the island, and if so, would they be friendly towards me? Considering it as a long-term situation, such an island life would likely be challenging to sustain. However, as a short break from everyday life …
