Seems like as good a time as any to reintroduce myself. I’m Tim Tab - short for Timothée Tabailloux, but I spare people the silent letters. Here are a few things to know about me:
I was born and raised in France as the second of seven kids. I don’t have an accent, but I can fake one if that’s your thing. My mom is American, so I grew up speaking Chicago English and carrying a blue passport.
I’m married to the fabulous @bethanytab , who is the glue that keeps my entire life together. We have four kids who are top-notch, but this post isn’t about them.
I shot my first wedding in 2008 for $100 and thought I’d hit the jackpot—getting paid to be at a party? Still feels like a dream job.
I’ve been published in more magazines and blogs than I can count, but that’s not what matters. Being around happy people in love is what makes this job special.
Last thing: I’m not nearly as serious as my latest headshot by @eric.floberg would make you think. That’s just my attempt at a smolder.
