When death takes away someone dear to you, life changes its shape and becomes strange. The soul becomes fragile, almost ready to crumble. Loneliness violently pulsates, overthrowing any other feeling necessary to love life. The angels of death eat away the very earth beneath one’s feet and begin to lick the toes, reminding of pain and despair. Reality pierces through any armor, any shield, any skin. My only hope is that Anastasia could become for someone a source of light and comfort, a place of understanding and transient peace. With that, I thank everyone who was part of its creation, everyone who believed in it, and supported us throughout. It’s a lonely path dedicated to the ones who left us.
