Located at 1301 S. Main St. in the former Swan Dive space, Bizarre Bar is a shrine to the whimsical and weird — complete with surreal art, vintage oddities, carnival see-saws and kiddie rides.
(In a bit of music venue musical chairs, Swan Dive moved up the street to 1412 S. Main St. in the former Sinwave space.)

@timjkam . A co-owner of Fremont East dive club
@oddfellowsvegas and former co-owner of Swan Dive, he recently bought out the latter space, shifting the vibes from a stripped-down warehouse to more of a social, go-to everyday hang.
Known for his eclectic bookings and indie dance parties, Tim’s already got a solid slate of live shows on the calendar: Swiss-British post-punk duo

@planetasiamedallions ) on May 27, and Belgian electronic music icons

And there’ll be alternative themed dance parties every weekend, both in the main room and on the second floor patio that overlooks Main Street.
Grand opening festivities kick off this weekend with
@afsnow__ spinning a mix of genres inside and the
@viciosaparty Latin dance party on the patio with DJs
@edwinlazer and
@kumbiadarks Friday night, followed by
@clubgothica inside on Saturday with DJs
@night.weapons and
@djzaya and
@fun.c00m on the patio.
