Fun Fact : The Ep includes a re edit of Shari Vari , not a remix but a true re edit, i mean, no samples from the original track were used, the voice line and all the rest was totally fresh new written and recorded. The label appreciated it a lot, strongly asking to include that in the release, and so did i. For sure, i was very happy about, loving the original track since ever and that was my way to pay respect and give a tribute to a magic moment in time, space and music..Electrifying Mojo, the originators and the whole "Number of Names " that we all known.
So, when the Vanish Spanish (for those who know) asked me not to use the original name of the track and change it with a new one, i was a lil pissed off. Muddy and unclear execuses were given about copyright problems and bla bla bla. Btw...after a few days i sent him the new title .... IRAV IRAHS .
That is the title that ended up on the vinyl album......i'm still wondering if he never ever realized that i just wrote the original track name backwards.âš¡
