This week’s dining mood? Small counters, long pours and dinners that turn into the rest of the night. Sirocco by lebua (@siroccobangkok ) hosts La Devozione NYC (@ladevozionenyc ) for a three-night Italian takeover, while LEOKA Teppanyaki (@leokateppanyaki ) opens at Pullman Bangkok King Power with only 12 seats and a menu built around wagyu and lobster. Over at The Lake Club (@thelakeclub.th ), Uncorked Vol.1 pairs Bond Street flavours with lakeside wine pours, while Sala Saneha (@sala.saneha ) reunites former Terroir names for one of the week’s most personal wine dinners. Elsewhere, Tsu Japanese Restaurant (@tsu_jwbkk ) at JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok (@jwmarriottbkk ) leans further into Bangkok’s handroll phase with fresh temaki assembled one by one at the counter. Swipe through and decide where the night should drift next. 🔗 Tap the link in @timeoutbangkok ’s bio for more. #TimeOutBangkok

Bangkok keeps busy regardless, with a weekend line-up that jumps between warehouse techno, vintage markets, Ari talk trails and a few properly offbeat stops worth planning a day around ☔️ 🔗 Tap the link in @timeoutbangkok ’s bio to read our full list. #TimeOutBangkok

@madebylegacy wastes no time. Fresh from its 19th outing, the cult market clocks edition 20 on June 19-21. This time it takes over Pat Arena, home of Port Futsal Club in Khlong Toei, swapping open-air wandering for air-con, tighter corners and a quicker pace. More than 250 vendors pack the floor with vintage clothing, handmade pieces, vinyl, homeware, books and those odd finds you never plan for. Food stalls keep you well fed, DJs and live acts carry the day, and stylish dogs still steal the show. Runs 1pm-11pm, B160 entry. 🔗 Tap the link in @timeoutbangkok ’s bio to read it in full. #TimeOutBangkok

Late April walks around Benjakitti Park come with a new sight: ‘Chair for Sharing,’ a pilot by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration that asks, tired? take a seat 🪑 Set by the lake near Gate 1, the chairs draw readers, sunbathers and anyone chasing a breeze between glass towers and greenery. Our team spots a crowd largely made up of foreigners, lounging with books, soaking up the sun and settling in with skyline views framed by trees. Use is free, capped at 30 minutes, and stays within the marked zone. Keep it tidy, pass it on. Governor Chadchart Sittipunt calls this a test run, with expansion likely if locals take to the idea. #TimeOutBangkok

@bangkok_bma ’s ‘Healthy City’ initiative just turbocharged Bangkok‘s favourite free workout – professional instructors, upgraded sound systems and sessions across all 50 districts 🏃‍♀️🎶All ages, zero baht, just loud music and a decent pair of trainers. These are the parks actually worth knowing about. 🔗 Tap the link in @timeoutbangkok ’s bio to read the full list. #TimeOutBangkok

Bangkok keeps churning out community spaces, and one name keeps coming up in conversation: @thecornerhouse.bangkok . You hear it over coffee, in group chats, from that one friend who always knows what's new. So what actually sits behind the buzz? Set in a century-old corner building in Charoenkrung, the former Chai Phatthanasilp address now runs as a multi-storey hangout where food, drink and creative life overlap. Start on the first floor, where things stay sociable. @sarnies.bkk covers coffee and brunch with Chinese-Portuguese touches, while @morniibakery keeps pastries simple, borrowing from Argentinian and Spanish traditions with a Thai twist. @tearaphy.th takes a contemporary look at tea, and @yellowcloud.ontap stocks craft bottles worth sticking around for after dark. The second floor houses @liana.restaurant , a polished British-French kitchen where seasonal menus meet Thai and Korean influences. It's a slower pace, best saved for evenings. On the third floor, @peopleofsmallworld brings people together through films, music, games and the occasional workshop – basically a hangout that doubles as a cultural playground. Up top, event spaces take over. Studio No.2 suits talks and brand launches, while the fourth-floor Pavilion splits between a glass-roofed indoor zone and an open-air rooftop with sweeping old-town views. Sunset's particularly good up here. It all works because nothing tries to dominate. You pick your pace, your corner, your crowd. Opening hours: Sunday and Tuesday to Thursday: 8am-11pm Friday and Saturday: 8am-midnight Closed Monday Contact: Tel – 089 812 6730 Email – [email protected] Line – @thecornerhousebkk Website – #TimeOutBangkok #TheCornerHouseBangkok #CommunitySpace #Charoenkrung #Charoenkrung35 #TaladNoi Time Out Bangkok in partnership with The Corner House

Outdoor screening nights are having a major moment right now, and @centralvillageoutlet refuses to sit this one out. From May 22-24, the Central Village Bangkok Luxury Outlet makes way for Film Food Fest 2026 – Powered by @tourismthailand , a three-evening programme running from 5pm to 9pm. The idea stays simple: arrive early, pick up something good to eat, then settle in before the films begin. An outdoor screen takes over the space, surrounded by food stalls and restaurant pop-ups serving specialties from Samut Prakran Province. Expect familiar favourites alongside lighter options, all easy to enjoy under the night sky. The programme follows a culinary thread. May 22 pairs Eat Pray Love with The Quest of Alain Ducasse. May 23 presents Ratatouille with live dubbing by the Master Studio dubbing team, followed by Come Back Anytime. May 24 rounds things off with No Reservations and The Taste of Things. Shops stay open throughout, with discounts reaching up to 80 percent. Good food, entertaining films and shopping all under one roof. #TimeOutBangkok #CentralVillage #CentralVillageBangkokLuxuryOutlet #FilmFoodFest2026 Time Out Bangkok in partnership with Central Village Outlet

An AM-to-PM guide to Bangkok's most self-assured neighbourhood ✨ Two kilometres of sois hold a Michelin-starred grandmother's house, one of Asia's best cocktail bars, a record shop preserving music that nearly disappeared and a mango sticky rice stall that has outlasted every trend around it. Thonglor still works best without too much planning. Drift from soi to soi, stop where the crowd looks interesting and let the neighbourhood set the pace from coffee through to last drinks. Found somewhere we missed? Drop it in the comments. 🔗 Tap the link in @timeoutbangkok ’s bio to read our full list. #TimeOutBangkok

Keep your umbrella close and that raincoat even closer 🌧☔🧥 The Meteorological Department has confirmed heavy to very heavy rain nationwide through Monday May 18, courtesy of an active low-pressure system sweeping up from the Bay of Bengal and turbocharging the southwest monsoon. Flash floods and run-off are a real risk, while anyone eyeing a beach escape should know waves in the Andaman Sea are expected to hit two to three metres – and higher when thunderstorms roll through. Not exactly ideal sailing weather. 🔗 Tap the link in @timeoutbangkok ’s bio to read more. #TimeOutBangkok

Sala Chalerm Thani, the 107-year-old wooden cinema in Nang Loeng, is back with the ‘Classic Love’ screening programme by the Thai Film Archive 🎞️ On May 23, you can catch The Scar (1977), Cherd Songsri's acclaimed take on Ya Khop's novel about tragic rural romance. The following day, May 24, it's Roman Holiday (1953) – the Hollywood classic where a runaway princess explores Rome (and steals everyone's heart in the process). Screenings kick off at 4pm, with free tickets available onsite from 3pm. You're welcome to wander in from 1pm if you fancy soaking up the atmosphere before the film starts. 🔗 Tap the link in @timeoutbangkok ’s bio to read it in full. #TimeOutBangkok
