There’ve been many new faces here that I’ve recently connected with, and I thought I’d properly say hey.
I'm Satkirat 🙂
A few things you may not know about me:
Most of my childhood was spent growing up on a farm in regional qld, it was geniounely a grounding time but as many things also had it's challenges.
I studied and worked as a biologist (amongst other industries), but felt pulled toward something more creative, like there was always something more to this all.
I leaned into the strengths I'd developed and started a brand called Timeless Memos. At its heart, it reflects intentional living.
Timeless Memos began as an idea with a purpose and today it’s grown into a stationery brand that meets you where you are. This is a space for choosing what matters and building a life that reflects that. TM provides the tools to live your most intentional life yet.
Since launching this brand, I’ve kept my personal and business journeys quite separate, but that doesn’t feel aligned anymore. In this next chapter, I’ll be sharing more from the perspective of a founder and the beautiful, sometimes raw journey of building something from the ground up.
It’s not just business, it’s the becoming.

Sat down to design a flyer… and suddenly remembered I had to reply to an email, run an errand, and a few other things. 😅 It happens to all of us!
Here’s how I reset and stayed focused for the day:
✒️ 1. Write it down before you start: Brain-dump everything on paper to clear mental clutter.
📌 2. Time block your day: Set dedicated slots for deep work instead of jumping between tasks.
🗂️ 3. Batch similar tasks: Emails, admin, planning, group them instead of constantly switching.
📵 4. Put your phone in another room or record yourself working so you don’t get tempted to scroll.
📝 5. End the day with a task check-in: Write down unfinished tasks so you can mentally switch off.
