What an incredible journey it has been since entering the Wedding Industry Awards @twia_official
I have to tell you it was a very bold last minute decision to enter the awards. I am a person who doesn’t like to get out of her comfort zone and the award was the perfect occasion to push myself to take my business to its next level.
Entering the first time and winning hairstylist of the year for East of England was a dream come true and I couldn’t be any happier.
The awards night for the nationals was such an amazing event meeting fellow hairstylists and cheering for each other. All these wonderful and talented people getting together and having a great time.
Even if I didn’t win the nationals, one of the most amazing things was that I got to read my clients’ reviews. These above are just a few of them and it really made me so emotional and grateful knowing that my brides were so happy with my services and this is the most important for me. I truly love my job and this shows in the feedback I received.
I have to say a massive thank you to my amazing clients who took the time and voted for me. To my wonderful family and friends who are always there for me. A special thanks to my husband who is a big part of my business as he is the one who is taking me to most of my wedding bookings. Thank you to Damian and the whole team behind TWIA for all their hard work.

TWIA2026 - I needed a few days for all this to sink in, realising that I won Hairstylist of the Year for East of England, hearing from family and friends that they are proud of me it is a lot to process, but it is a wonderful feeling.
This achievement will stay with me forever and I am forever grateful for this.
No matter what the nationals hold for me I’m very proud to be a finalist and will welcome any further achievements with open arms!
