Last nights beginner's Rocking workshop that I taught for @ucsdbodyrock !
Shoutout to Body Rock for bringing me back a 2nd time to share my love and knowledge for this dance. And big ups to the people that came through to put in the time, blood, sweat, and tears! None of this would've happened without everyone!

We got our first workshop for the winter quarter coming up and we’re starting off with a ROCKING WORKSHOP led by none other than Time 2 Rock’s own KITCHY ROCK! The workshop will be held from 7-8 PM on Monday January 26th in Studio 2 at the Molli Wagner Dance Building, so come out and learn some rocking fundamentals as well as the history behind rocking. The workshop is open to everyone regardless of skill level and totally FREE TO ATTEND, however, $5 donations are greatly appreciated! We hope to see you all there! 🔥🔥
Additionally, we will be hosting our regularly scheduled open session after the workshop from 8-10 PM!
