Happy Mother’s Day to the woman who dragged her family to church, put them in front of a flower wall, and STILL ended up looking like the only one who got the memo. 🌸
Let’s break this down:
She showed up in white, fresh lip, hair done, glowing like an actual saint — standing next to a bald man in a jacket that says “ALLSAINTS” on it. ALLSAINTS, people. At CHURCH.
Her son came in a maroon hoodie like he had 4 minutes notice. He did not come to play. He came to survive.
Her daughter is cute as a button and clearly inherited Mom’s “I will smile but I will NOT be thrilled about it” energy.
And this woman? She’s BEAMING. Because she won. She always wins. She planned the photo. She picked the spot. She probably told everyone what to wear and STILL two of them showed up looking like they lost a bet.
Every year she keeps this family fed, loved, and semi-presentable — and every year we repay her by being EXACTLY this. 👆
She deserves a trophy. She deserves a spa day. She deserves a family that owns one nice outfit.

They are my why. Last year @gettin_minwithit was fighting kidney failure and couldn’t be here. This year the four of us are together and all is right in my world!
