Meet the filmmakers of "Perfect Night", the story of an eager host who has planned the perfect night, but Mother has a different idea.
David Michael Long is an actor, director, writer, musician, and educator who has worked throughout the U.S. and Japan. He earned his MFA in Acting from the prestigious Professional Actor Training Program (PATP) at the University of Washington and is currently the Head of Performance at the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. His previous films Betty Lou Had a Son and The Artiste were both Top 20 selections at the Louisiana Film Prize, with Betty Lou Had a Son reaching the Top 5 in 2022. His work has screened at festivals across the country.
