To my shame, I don't think I've ever been to Eye...I've lived in Suffolk for the best part of 20 years now, so I probably should have by now! Anyway, that changes on June the 20th when I'm very pleased to be on a bill at @thebankartscentre with the legend that is @henrynormalpoet and legends-to-be @timbarlowwrites and @nancytpoetandevilsnail
Its not often you'd get the chance to see Henry in such an intimate venue, so if you want a ticket, don't hang about!

Lovely afternoon at Ringmer Library yesterday, performing poetry with Henry Normal. The library is independent, supported by the local community and run by the wonderful Liz and her team of volunteers.
Wonderful session of poetry last night in Manchester! Thank you for the hospitality and good time Tony Curry, Paul Neads, Melanie Neads, Henry Normal, Jan Brierton and everyone else who came to the magnificent Manchester Central Library. See you all again soon!
The CBGBs invited me to open their set at The Jenny Lind in Hastings last month by performing my poem about Patti Smith. The CBGBs play great versions of songs by the New York bands of the late 1970s such as Television, the Ramones, Talking Heads, Blondie, The Velvet Underground and of course Patti Smith. Great night, thank you the CBGBs!
