Drove you to @thepistolshrimps documentary premiere at @tribeca then drove back across 🇺🇸 to start this life with you in LA. Happy 40th birthday Tali and happy 10 year first date anniversary, I love you so much! My life has only gotten better with you in it. I’m so grateful for @teresapalmer & @markwebber for setting us up! I’m really glad you took that Amtrak and didn’t look back! December 5th 2020 was the very first day of shooting Not For Nothing. We had already been through so much just to get to that point. Now five years later to the day, our little independent film has distribution and is released and available worldwide today! Thank you to everyone that helped make this movie and helped us push through to have this opportunity to find our audience. The film is available now on Amazon Prime, Fandango at Home, Verizon Fios and most cable video on demand platforms. It will continue to come to more platforms over the next few weeks and months. Man I wish Frankie was here for this moment today. We did it Frank. ❤️

Entering August, I feel the weight of August 26th approaching. The memories of last summer’s activities and the things I did with my dad. On Sunday morning Tim and I went to see the newly installed grave stone (that also lists our Uncle, Tim Dowlin in Ohio). We wished we were going to brunch with dad instead. But it was a beautiful stone in a beautiful place, a place that my dad loved. Thanks to Jon Camisa for his graphic design for the stone, just what we wanted. A huge thanks to all who helped us to afford this beautiful grave stone. If we can’t have our dad anymore, we are very proud to have this memorial to visit, sitting in the urban oasis of West Philly’s Woodlands. RIP Pops. 🙌🏼🚲🌳
