balance + stamina are getting better. we rode right from the front door a quick 10 mile loop 😌 this was the first day I felt I was really working with my bike and not feeling so stiff 😋

the confidence is building! I’m definitely not riding the brakes as hard and you can definitely see my few inches of air I totally caught off that rock 💁♀️🙉😋
Biggest Ride Yet.. 9.38mi, 873ft of elevation and a swift 1.45 time of riding 😌 BUT I only reallly fell once and hand planted into a cactus 🥵🫣😂

Self Care .. letting things flow in and out — receiving abundant blessings + trying to return them just as fast. I am thankful I get to rip up + down mtns and climb rocks in between 😌❤️🔥
OH AND taking regular showers.. you’re not gonna catch me taking anything for granted 🫶
