If you used Tiimo on Android in the past, you probably noticed the gap. It worked, but it didn’t feel the same as the iOS version. And when you’re building tools meant to reduce friction, an inconsistent experience across platforms isn’t a minor detail.
Rather than continuing to patch a foundation that wasn’t built to last, we made the deliberate decision to start fresh with the ambition to deliver Android users the same experience as iOS users. Not a version that lags behind, or a scaled-down alternative.
The same thoughtful structure, the same flexibility, the same feeling that this tool was actually built with your brain in mind.

We still cannot quite wrap our head around the news, and feel mildly overwhelmed in the best possible way.

Some wonderful news from our little corner of Copenhagen: Tiimo has been selected as a finalist for iPhone App of the year at the 2025 App Store Awards 🎉
It is hard to believe that the little research project we started 10 years ago is now sharing the stage with some of the best apps in the App Store. The journey included long work sessions, a generous graveyard of features and ideas, a few strategic shifts, and all the weird, funny, challenging moments that come with building something new.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who has contributed to Tiimo; whether as an early tester, recent user, team member or advisor; you have each played a part in bringing Tiimo to where it is today!
We also want to share an extra special thanks to the Apple team (@appstore ) for supporting us and helping accessible design reach more people in their everyday lives 💚

The rise in ADHD diagnoses is often framed as overdiagnosis.
But for many in the community, that narrative overlooks the relief and recognition of finally having their experience named after years of being misunderstood.
For ADHD Awareness Month, we’re highlighting this piece by Charli Clement, which looks closely at where the overdiagnosis myth comes from, why it continues, and what it costs the people it stigmatises.
