Tarsey saw something shining on the horizon which turned out to be a Djar. A djar is a creature I designed that hides inside objects like rocks, bones, pottery, and anything else they like. When they are resting they absorb into the objects making them look like a pile of junk. It’s only when they are disturbed that they emerge, causing the objects they live in to float inside their jelly bodies. Related to the mimic, the djar is the mimic’s less harmful cousin. Though if you try to steal one of the objects they call home they will attack. This djar is very friendly and gives Tarsey a pearl, which Tarsey puts in their chest to alter their form. #tarsey #forestspirit #indiecomics

It’s the last day of 2025, that’s crazy! The year has been a low one and I’m not in a celebratory mood tbh. But I think 2026 will be better because of all the learning I did this year.
