I use a long 1/4 inch drill bit to stabilize the hole saw when drilling through one face. I tried turning on the hammer drill function, and it made cutting the hole much faster. I’m guessing the action made it harder for chips to stick to the cutting teeth.
Half of the work I do is making jigs to create specific shapes. This is a circle bender for 1/2 inch aluminum rod. Has a great Sproing if the gear brake doesn't engage
