Generation Baby Boomer. Don’t waste it - A fashion collection inspired by concepts for intergenerational sustainability in fashion. The bachelor ‘s collection deals with intergenerational sustainability and the influence of our consumer behaviour on climate change. The aim is to encourage people of all ages, from small children to grandparents, to think about consumption and discover new ways to live a more frugal lifestyle. Under the motto “Don ‘t waste it”, the collection focuses on a playful, colourful and creative aesthetic that highlights repair, upcycling and the reuse of natural materials such as birch bark. These materials, some of which are hand-painted by participants of all generations, convey a sense of appreciation and conscious use of resources. Children play a central role in this. Their ideas, artistic contributions and direct, inspiring perspectives have a significant influence on the collection and help shape its visual identity. Credits. Concept „We Face...“ / Secondskin We still face a lot right now, war, climate change, injustice and other things. This is why we need to listen to our senses and open our eyes, mouth, ears, noses and our hands and do something against it. I wanted to show that with the five senses in oversized forms. Because Sustainability is very important to stop the climate change, I used old clothes and fabrics I already had and made a patchwork garment out of different materials. I gave the fabrics a new life, and now they can serve as a second skin again. I also wanted to show, with the different materials put together and colour scheme, the various world with the different people we live in.   Design & Styling: @tigerperle Photography: @li_nenoli Model: @soeinbisschensanja Supervisor: @husseinchalayanofficial
