Big news from the brewery… our brand new session lager, ANY MINUTE, has officially been certified GLUTEN FREE ✅🌾
Using a specialist gluten-reducing enzyme during fermentation, the beer has been tested at under 10ppm gluten — well below the UK and EU threshold of 20ppm required to be labelled gluten free. That means it’s suitable for many people with gluten intolerance and coeliac disease 🍻
Crisp, clean, refreshing and seriously smashable, ANY MINUTE is pouring now exclusively at Ticking Clock Taproom on keg and available in cans to drink in or take away ⏰
