Upsets remind us that nothing in sports is guaranteed. But your retirement doesn't have to feel like a last-second buzzer beater. TIAA, proud official retirement sponsor of the Big Ten, is on a mission to change the way people think about retirement security because guaranteed monthly income for life means you'll always know the final score.
As the son of a former university educator, Max Greyserman knows exactly what TIAA can do for people. We are so excited to welcome him to the team and can't wait to cheer him on at the PGA Championship and beyond! ๐๏ธ
Meet the TIAA team members who traded in their jerseys but kept the drive, discipline, and dedication that made them competitors on the field. What lesson from sports still shows up in your life? Let us know in the comments.
As Global Volunteer Month comes to a close, we're reflecting on the incredible impact our TIAA colleagues made this April. Our colleagues showed up in a big way across many volunteer events throughout the month with our biggest event being our Rise Against Hunger meal packaging event, where we came together to pack approximately 80,000 meals headed straight to students in Africa. It's a powerful reminder of why TIAA is on a mission to help secure the financial futures of the next generation through education.
Every meal packed is a child who can sit down, eat, and focus on learning. That's the kind of impact that stays with you long after the event ends.
Thank you to every colleague who gave their time this month. We are so proud of what we accomplished together.

April is Global Volunteer Month, and at TIAA, it's more than a calendar moment โ it's a reflection of who we are. We kicked off this special month in Frisco, Texas, in the best way we know how: investing in first-generation students at our annual IGNITE Career Exploration event.
We had the privilege of welcoming bright, ambitious students to a space where young leaders discover their potential and chart their paths forward.
Our students connected with TIAA leaders from across the organization, exploring what it means to build a meaningful career, lead with purpose, and take control of their financial futures.
Volunteering and investing in the next generation is something we deeply value and celebrate at TIAA and this is just the beginning. Here's to a month full of impact and helping students reach their full potential. Weโre proud to invest in these future leaders and can't wait to watch them shape the world in their own unique ways.
We sat down with leaders at TIAA TMRW Plan Sponsor and asked what they wish more people knew sooner. At TIAA, that's exactly the conversation we're committed to starting earlier, for everyone.
What do you wish you'd known?
We asked plan sponsor leaders at our TMRW conference how their institutions are using AI. From automating HR tasks to preserving institutional knowledge as turnover rises, the future of work is high tech and deeply human.
Behind every great leader is a why.
We sat down with leaders at TMRW Plan Sponsor and asked what drives them. The answers reminded us why this work matters.
At TIAA, purpose shows up every day in our commitment to helping everyone retire with dignity.
What fuels you? โ๏ธ
