Giống như cuộc lang thang mà mình đi tìm chính mình vậy đó,
Sáng nay, cứ quanh quẩn trong đầu hai câu hát cũ cùng dòng trạng thái của người anh, mình bỗng tự hỏi về tương lai của ThyThy, của ThyThy Farm và cả Arabica Project. Nhiều người hỏi về sự tồn tại của Arabica Project bên cạnh ThyThy Farm. Với mình, đó không chỉ là một cái tên, mà là ngọn lửa đầu tiên, là kim chỉ nam cho mọi bước đi suốt thời gian qua. Cái để mình cố gắng đi mỗi ngày, đi nhiều nơi và bây giờ mới chuẩn bị thành hình.
Cái may mắn lớn nhất trong đời mình tới hiện tại là quá nhiều người tốt quý nhân xung quanh mình, dạy mình mỗi ngày, thứ mình chưa biết, thứ mình nghĩ mình biết nhưng chưa bao giờ mình biết.
Dù đôi lúc cảm thấy thiếu sót vì chưa thể vẹn toàn sự kết nối với những người cũ, nhưng mình tin mọi thứ luôn đúng thời điểm. Cứ để mọi thứ thuận theo tự nhiên, chỉ cần mình luôn sẵn sàng với những người xung quanh, yêu thương và hết mình 💜

Leaving a piece of my heart at every farm I visit. 15 days of learning and connecting through coffee.
I am deeply grateful for everything that unfolded before, during, and after this journey. To the people who helped me bridge these connections, the new friends and partners I’ve met, the exceptional coffee batches, and the delicious meals shared along the way—thank you. I cherish the lasting bonds formed and the beautiful paths that crossed. Every encounter was a gift.
A special thanks to my teacher Ms.Meo for planting the first seeds of this journey in Laos two years ago, and to my mentor Mr.Khamsome for opening wonderful new doors for me this year.

PROJECT ARABICA CẦU ĐẤT: Bridging Tradition and Technology
At the heart of Cầu Đất, coffee is more than just a crop—it is a livelihood built on generations of hard work. For many local farmers, the drying process has always relied on intuition and traditional experience. However, without the right equipment, “guessing” the moisture content can be a costly gamble. A mẻ of coffee that remains too humid is not only prone to pests and diseases but can also lead to devastating financial losses for a family.
Today, I had the pleasure of bringing a client from Malaysia to meet the farmers in my hometown. It was an opportunity to share the “why” behind what we do at Arabica Project and ThyThy Farm.
We provide moisture testing for our local farmers completely free of charge. By integrating modern tools into traditional farming, we ensure that every bean is preserved at its peak quality. We believe that the true value of coffee isn’t just in the cup—it’s in protecting the sweat and tears of the people who grow it.

Some places feel like paintings.
ティティ農園は、そのひとつです。霧に包まれた丘陵、木々にやわらかく差し込む光、そして時の流れさえ忘れてしまいそうな静けさ。思わず長く留まりたくなる風景です。
Thy Thy Farm is one of them. Hills wrapped in mist, soft light resting over the trees, time moving so slowly you almost forget it exists. It is the kind of landscape that makes you want to stay.

Yet beyond its watercolor beauty lies precision and intention.
ティティ農園は、ベトナムでもいち早く自社乾燥ステーションを設け、年間を通して湿度の高い環境の中で温度と水分を徹底管理しています。品質は決して偶然に委ねられません。
Among the first in Vietnam to build an in-house drying station, they carefully control temperature and moisture, essential in a region known for year-round humidity. Here, stability is never left to chance.
土壌改良やスタミナ、THA1、ゲイシャなど新たな品種への挑戦を続けながら、モカやカティモールといった本来の個性も大切にしています。2年連続でベトナム・グリーンビーンズ・コンペティションのトップ10アラビカに選出されました。
They invest in soil health and new varieties like Stamina, THA1, and Geisha, while honoring Moka and Catimor. For two consecutive years, they placed Top 10 Best Arabica at the Vietnam Green Bean Coffee Competition.
