Okay but… these might be the best thing on our menu right now.
Our braised short rib loaded potato chips are crispy, salty, piled high, and honestly a little over the top (in the best way). Slow-braised short rib, all that rich, savory goodness, layered over warm chips… it’s giving comfort food meets “we’ll just get one for the table” and then immediately regret sharing.
We’ve seen a few tables order a second round before they even finish the first.
