@thinkfeeldobe and I had the privilege of running Operation: Six Hats with the incredible Société Générale APAC HR Team and we are still buzzing!
Thirty six sharp, brilliant, “walk-and-talk-the-A-game” HR professionals put on their thinking lenses, went undercover, navigated boardroom crises, weighed up million-dollar decisions, and (in the case of the now-legendary “The Fugu Affair”) had to grapple with identity, integrity, ethics, reputational risk, and the question of what it truly means for an organisation to accept a key personnel's whole self!
No wordy slides. No passive listening. Pure, immersive, hands-on learning.
Here is what made the day so special: The Société Générale APAC HR team brought everything: curiosity, candour, laughter, genuine debate, and the kind of energy that makes a facilitator's heart sing! You challenged assumptions (including ours). You leaned in. You played hard, thought harder, and left us with moments we will be talking about for a long time.
