A new Africarise chapter begins.
Since 2019, Africarise has grown beyond retail, we became a home for African creativity, a platform for storytelling, and a bridge between designers and those who value authentic African creativity.
From the heart of Sandton City, we’ve nurtured talent, built visibility, and shaped a bold African fashion narrative.
In June we step into a new era at Nelson Mandela Square with renewed energy, vision, and purpose.
As we transition, the journey continues. Shop your favourite designers online at africariseonline.co.za or via our WhatsApp shopping line +27788811524 and the Africarise Pop Up in Sandton City (Shop U104..1 May -1 June)
This is not just a move.
It’s growth.
It’s elevation.
It’s the future of African fashion.

When I was invited to interpret the theme “Country Allure” for @hollywoodbetsdurbanjuly I was immediately drawn to the whimsy and charm of Mills & Boone style romance novels. Don’t we all dream of living in an idyllic country estate?
Stress free.... wearing pearly white silk brocades straight out of the pages of a bodice-ripper.
Hand beaded laces and the most intricate and subtle detailed pieces that elevate refined shapes that evoke ultimate simplicity.
Allure is not drama.
It is serenity, confidence and sophistication.

Announcing our first Invited Designer for 2026!
A graduate of the National School of the Arts in Johannesburg as well as London International School of Fashion, Thula Sindi is no stranger to South African fashionistas. When our first Invited Designer was asked to interpret Country Allure for the #HollywoodbetsDurbanJuly, @thulasindi says he was transported to “more Mills and Boone than hard ranch life”. His collection is white lace, brocade and sheer cotton, and we think it’s dreamy. 💭

There will never be another one like you 💔💔💔
22 years of friendship, laughs, dreams, challenges and adventures in the city of our dreams. You were the glue, the connector, the storyteller the cheerleader, the artist and the magic. I'm going to miss my friend 💔💔💔💔 Her name is Maria McCloy
Ease and comfort…so important as the weather cools and most people start wearing uncomfortable layers just to keep warm. Invest in warm fibres that move with you and offer functionality with style.
