I make pillows, music, and random interactive things that are meant to make people smile. I started Throwboy years ago and lately I’ve been back to handmaking everything myself 🪡🧵 slower, but way more intentional.
I’m from Seattle, with Peruvian roots. My Grandma had a sewing factory here, so I guess I’m continuing the family tradition in my own way.
I’m also the creator of the Selfie TV, I sing in a band @tionachoshouse , and I’m usually tinkering on something a little weird behind the scenes.

Truth be told I learned how to play chess a couple months ago thanks to @throwboy . This event is open to chess players of all levels. And seriously, show up even if you don’t know how to play at all! I was one of those people who was intimidated by chess but once I learned it, I was like ohhhhh this is fun! I’m still learning too!
