I ran a 25k trail race 😃
Last time I ran 13+ I was 19 and couldn't walk for a week, the main difference between then and now was then I trained and raced by myself, and this time I trained with @shmalicew and @esbrunnersatx . Huge difference to have buddies who make it FUN ❤️
I also did a side-quest at the race, where instead of warming up or hydrating or eating I looked for a little logo cutout which was hidden somewhere and whoever found it would get a prize, and I found it ASAP (it was the friends we made a long the way. and some shoes)
