A dance duet reimagining รจนาเสี่ยงพวงมาลัย (Rojana Siang Phuang Malai), an excerpt from the Thai folktale Sangthong, where Princess Rojana casts a flower garland to choose her beloved, Chao Ngo Pa. Through Phra Sang’s trance-like memory longing for Rojana, the piece blurs dream and reality.

Founded by @kevinbondoerffer , with core members Toppy, Saruda, Knot Radio, and Tayida, they’re also the force behind Badvibes Battle — a platform championing innovation and community in Southeast Asia’s dance scene.
While in Bangkok, Tam had the pleasure of connecting with Kevin and the team to learn more about the region’s vibrant subcultures.

Presented by Thrixept and Fanglao, a collective of dancers from Laos and Thailand, this performance is choreographed by Olé Khamchanla from Kham company, a Lao-French artist renowned for his movement expertise, seamlessly blending hip-hop with traditional Lao and Thai dance. The result is a unique physical expression that is powerful, profound, and delicately.
