Today, we celebrate the incredible dedication, love, and hard work of childcare providers everywhere. One of the best ways we can show our appreciation is by advocating for equitable pay, offering needed support, and recognizing the vital role they play in our communities.

This week, TB5 participated in the statewide Coordinated Enrollment meeting alongside colleagues from across Virginia.
Across the state, partners are working hard to make it easier for every family to find and access quality, affordable early care and education. We are proud to be part of this collective effort to build a more equitable system for children and families.
Stronger coordination means stronger support, now and in the future. š
Last weekend, TB5 had the pleasure of connecting with families at the Richmond Ismaili Jamatkhana Kids Health Fair! š

Itās Teacher Appreciation Week! š
Thrive Birth to Five celebrates educators this week and every week for the care, dedication, and impact they bring to young learners and families every day.
As we show our gratitude, itās also a powerful moment to reflect on how we can support educators in meaningful, lasting ways, like advocating for equitable pay, professional recognition, and the resources they deserve.
