Letting a loved one know you’re thinking about them is a great way to show you care while also bringing some movement into your day.

One of my favorite things about @ChefSerenaPoon ’s healthy recipes is how simple she makes it to bring more variety to our meals: she reminds us to eat the rainbow. Each recipe she has contributed to @Thrive features colorful ingredients (carrots, zucchinis, apples, citrus, and beans) that also make for beautiful, nutrient-filled plates. As she says, “the more variety in the colors of your food, the better. Different colored produce provides a variety of phyto-nutrients that support the body in different ways.” Save this post to try one of her delicious recipes this week!

Staying hydrated isn’t just about drinking water. It’s also something you can build into your meals. That’s what I love about these recipes from @chefserenapoon on @Thrive Global. Not only are they practical, affordable, and easy to make, but they focus on water-rich ingredients like cucumber, citrus, and zucchini that help you hydrate your body with every bite. As Chef Serena says, “water is life.” Hydration plays a role in many key areas of our well-being, including brain function, digestion, skin health, and longevity. And eating in a way that hydrates our bodies is one of the simplest ways to support ourselves throughout the day. Save this post for your next trip to the grocery store and let me know which recipe you’re most excited to try in the comments!

Scheduling activities holds us accountable to completing them. Plus, you’ll begin to build the muscle of prioritizing the things that bring you joy.

You don’t need a long meditation session to recover from stress. Just a minute of focusing on your breathing can help reset you and help you feel more positive and calm.
