Steel Belly BBQ has officially locked in their residency, bringing their low-and-slow, scratch-made barbecue into the mix — prime cuts, signature sides, all first come, first served until it’s gone.

The world-renowned Steel Belly BBQ has “locked it in” at Three Three Five for a residency that includes pop-up dinners and concerts.
Steel Belly BBQ specializes in low-and-slow, scratch-made food designed to create a premium, community-focused dining experience.
During this residency, diners can expect high-quality prime meat cuts, signature sides, and authentic craft barbecue. These events are often “first come, first served” until sold out. No reservations needed!
Look for weekly rotating menus , signature 335 cocktails and a very limited chefs table experience with chef Chris Mangless of 335 & Russ Nockerts of Steel Belly BBQ.

Shoutout to my favorite staff who keep everything together and somehow makes you feel like they are all long lost friends.
Jeffrey Martin and Nial Connolly, both master storytellers, kept everyone on the edge of their seats.
And @steelbellybbq had the most gorgeous looking food! (And I don’t even eat meat.. but boy was it pretty)!
Honestly, the guests at 335 are beyond gracious and generous, putting up with my camera on them constantly. It feels like home photographing y’all.
And then obviously it’s Chris who puts this all together! The man is a master class in hospitality. And I am grateful for the opportunity to photograph such talented gems all around.
