My latest project in the Aqualane Shores community in Naples, 1990 7th Street South, is a true testament to teamwork. The vision started with @kukkarchitecture who created a free flowing, indoor/outdoor design that any family would find imaginative yet practical. C&E Builders simply builds homes the right way. No corners are cut, timelines are made, helpful input is provided, and open communication are the C&E Builders way. The always amazing @amystormandco designed the interior with a soft palette immersed in a variety of European stone, white oak accents, a touch of plaster, wall covering throughout the house, and furniture that’s elegant yet homey. And guiding us throughout the process was @thedawnmckennagroup and @ashley.fenttiman.dmg , always making sure we will have the perfect house to present to the Naples community. The house at 1990 7th Street South is well underway. 10 days ago we unloaded 20 trucks of concrete to pour the foundation slab, and today we already have the first floor block up. C&E Builders is moving quickly and will have this 6,500 sf under air/9,500 total sf house ready for trick or treaters next year.
