Being a small business and working with so many, I have honestly experimented with that many tools it’s not even funny. But this is also what makes working with someone like me valuable. I had to wear so many hats so what I bring to the table is super varied. Take this client as an example. From implementing CRM systems, marketing platform tools, to mapping out their lead nurturing strategy… these are the things your business needs but you’ll always seem to put to the side because other things get prioritized. If this is the support you need in your business, let’s have a chat!

You know EXACTLY what we're talking about. Your business is at the point where you need someone to help out. You are drowning trying to do everything by yourself. Everything is half done. And because you take pride and super passionate about what you're doing, the fact that you cannot seem to finish what you KNOW should be done, frustrates you even more. Time is limited. You know you need to delegate. But even though you've onboarded help, they still can't help out because you haven't set up the right foundations. If this is you, let's talk!

AI has leveled the playing field. We can now all code, create apps in 2 seconds, build websites in 5 mins… the opportunities are within your reach. But it also means that whilst you can easily build, the real work (the valuable work) is still usually the tasks we all fear and procrastinate on. Putting yourself out there, promoting your new business idea, getting in front of potential clients, launching new offers… This part of the doing, AI cannot replace. And it’s what’s going to set your “one day” things into “day one” things. Reminder to not fall into the trap of constantly building that you never go out there and launch. In other news, check out the refreshed website for @threefoldstrategy at .au 🤳

When you get the brand strategy right, the visuals are easy. But if you haven't mapped it out properly, every decision you make will be based on what's trending, what's going viral, or what you think your industry wants to see, ironically making you blend in with your competitors. Cohesive brands understand their brand essence from day dot. That's how they build memorable, authentic, genuine business decisions that create long term brand equity. A fun project we did with our client to give them a brand refresh.

If you’re a founder with a small team (if that at all), you’ve already got a million things on your plate. And if your business is at that point where you’re ready to expand and bring on a team but have no infrastructure, where will you find the time to build it? One of the benefits of our plug-in partnership arrangement is that you don’t need to onboard or train me. I know exactly what needs to be done. I build the infrastructure out for your business so that you can continue doing what you’re doing. Need this kind of support? Let’s chat!

A framework only works for your business if you understand clearly HOW your business works and WHAT it needs. Otherwise, you're just accumulating a bunch of tools that actually causes more confusion and inefficiencies. When we work with our clients, the first thing we always do is understand how you work. There is zero point implementing some cookie cutter tool if it isn't how you work. Get clear on your HOW, and then think about the WHAT.

The more you understand who you are as a founder and what your business culture is, the more your brand becomes distinct and authentic.

You’re overcomplicating the process.

I see the company on a deeper level than what others would, to bring out the core essence of your brand.

So many businesses lose their edge because they follow what everyone else is doing. Someone launches a podcast? Suddenly they want a podcast. Someone posts a slick studio shot? They think that’s the missing piece. But when you build from imitation, you dilute your own identity. You don’t want to be chasing the trend. You want to be so confident in your own lane that your brand becomes unmistakable — not because it’s the flashiest, but because it’s the most you.

Don’t create for the algorithm. Create for the humans your brand exists to serve.

I love what I do at Threefold Strategy because every day I get to help founders finally breathe. I get to take what’s been stuck in their head, unclear in their brand, or messy in their systems and turn it into a direction of execution for them. There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing a client realise, “Oh… this finally makes sense.” When the brand clicks, when the systems simplify, when the business starts to feel easier… that’s the moment I know the work is meaningful. This isn’t just strategy for me. It’s helping people build businesses that feel aligned. That’s why I do what I do.
