One Year of Threefold 🐎 It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year... Join us on Saturday, May 30th from 1-10PM to help us celebrate our first birthday. We’ll be stretching our legs a bit and opening up both the parking lot and brewhouse for the day for all sorts of fun stuff. For example... 💿 DJs All Day We’ll have @dennisthefoodie , @sweetneensworldwide , and @yellowmelon_dj , maintaining the vibes. ✒️ Flash Tattoo Pop-Up Get inked by @hemlock_the_horrible and @inkaftergrace with some bespoke flash. 🍜 Tatchan Noodle Food Cart Grab some authentic Okinawa soba from the amazing @tatchannoodle to go with a cold, crispy bev. 🤝 3-Way 3F Collab Try a pour of our all new collab between @slowhandbeer , @boomboxbrewing , and @temporalbeer (more on that soon). 🙋 Guest Taps & Special Pours Enjoy goodies from legends @brasseriecantillonofficiel and @brasseriedieuduciel , alongside some fun pours from @temporalbeer . 🍕 Pizza By The Slice Partying is better with a slice in your hand. We’ll be slinging our core pies all day by the slice so you can snack as the mood strikes. And more! Party is open to the public, and drinks will use a token system to keep the flow... flowing. We hope you can come celebrate a full revolution around the sun with us. 🍻

🍕 Feature Pizza: Spencer Krug’s “Wozzle, Nouveau Palais, 2007” A new feature is up on the board, and this time it’s designed with a little help from @krugspencer , whose new album ‘Same Fangs’ releases today. It features a lemon cream base, black pepper, roasted oyster mushrooms, aged white cheddar, fior di latte, banana peppers and green onions from @eadenfreshfarms . We’ll be listening to the new album and a Krug inspired playlist to celebrate along with the new pizza. Plus, our Year One anniversary Cold IPA w/ Cypress is available in cans and on taps starting today! What a way to kick off a long weekend... Available starting today in the lounge until it’s gone!

Our brunch pie features a lemon cream base, cherry tomatoes, fior di latte, red onions, Oyama spicy chorizo, asparagus, black pepper, Sicilian evoo, pecorino Romano, house hot sauce, and, of course, a poached egg. Goes beautifully with a bright table saison, crispy pils, or juicy IPA. You can snag the brunch pizza from 12-3PM today only in the lounge, along with our new 3-way anniversary collab ‘Year One’!

And finally… Threefold’s turning One! 🟡 🎉 ⚫ To celebrate, we brewed up a special three-way collab. “Year One” is a Cold IPA brewed with @slowhandbeer ’s house lager yeast for a crisp and clean finish, dip hopped with Dolcita Incognito & Amarillo Cryo, then dry hopped with Chinook, Simcoe, and @boomboxbeer ’s hand selected Citra Cryo, and conditioned on toasted cypress wood spirals from @thebarrelmill , because if @temporalbeer is involved it’s got to have wood! What you get is a celebration of some of our favorite flavours... candied tangerine, fresh pineapple, light resinous pine, and a mild dankness, all rounded out with a moderate bitterness, and a dry, crisp finish. Cans of Year One will be available in the Threefold lounge starting Friday, May 15th, and in stores soon. You can also try it on tap at our anniversary party on May 30th! SPENCER KRUG - ALBUM RELEASE NIGHT 💿 This Friday, May 15th, along with the release of our Year One anniversary collab beer, we’ll be celebrating the release of @krugspencer ’s (Wolf Parade, Sunset Rubdown, Moonface, Swan Lake) new album “Same Fangs” with a special playlist, pours of @temporalbeers A Hand at Dusk (a mixed-culture saison conditioned on Elephant Heart plums), ans a pizza special co-designed by Spencer himself called “Wozzle, Nouveau Palais, 2007” which features a lemon cream base, black pepper, roasted oyster mushrooms, aged white cheddar, fior di latte, banana peppers and green onions from @eadenfreshfarms . A bit about the album: “Same Fangs was drawn from demos posted to Krug’s Patreon throughout 2024 and 2025, then re-recorded in a single concentrated week on Gabriola Island. Piano and vocals form the spine, but subtle additions, percussion, strings arranged by Maria Grigoryeva, electric guitar and textures from Koop, and collaborative vocal turns from Elbow Kiss expand the space without crowding it. Contributors were encouraged to write their own parts. Nothing feels ornamental. Lyrically, Same Fangs moves through life in bands, marriage and fatherhood, ending friendships, small-town living, political fatigue, gratitude, and songwriting itself. It’s reflective without softening the edges.”

🍕 Staff Feature Pizza: Yusuke’s Spring Pizza! Time for another Staff Feature! This month, we tapped the creativity of Yusuke, one of our chefs who you may have seen in the Threefold kitchen whipping up our delicious ‘zas. He came up with a pizza that’s a celebration of Spring! It features a lemon cream base, black pepper, fior di latte, cherry tomatoes, asparagus from Sunberry farm, poached white prawns, pecorino Romano, Sakura cream drizzle. Served with a lemon wedge. Available starting today in the lounge until it’s gone!
