In this new year, we want to provide a platform to provide the tools and education necessary to share and reflect upon the issues and barriers that form our experiences - through information sharing, toolkits, panels, safe spaces and networking events - and have a banging cocktail whilst we’re at it.

Our first episode sees (hears?) us sitting down with two of the biggest Baijiu brains around; Chockie Tom of Doom Tiki and Derek Sandhaus, author of 'Drunk in China', 'Baijiu: The Essential Guide in Chinese Spirits' and co-founder of Ming River Baijiu. We'll be talking through the ins and outs of the spirit, where it comes from, and what to do with it.

WE ARE THREEAFTER3... AND WE’RE 1 TODAY!

When we announced we were forming Threeafter3 we had very different plans for this year if we're being honest. We weren’t able to throw all the events we originally had planned and see how they'd grow, and (the part that hurts the most) we weren't able to be in a room with you all again. We miss you, we really do.
.
THAT BEING SAID! We have a lot to be thankful for this year. We got to speak to some absolutely incredible people in our industry and hear from even more of you. We got to talk to people from all over the world. Most importantly, we got to see the strength and initiative that sits as the backbone to our industry.
.
We know that this year has collectively taken it out of all of us and we’re grateful to each and every one of you for helping us get through the year/month/day/hour/minute/second in this unprecedented year. We have a few exciting things planned which we’ll be announcing soon, and we look forward to seeing you all as soon as possible. Hopefully in person, and over many a Carmen Rosa and glass of champagne.
