As part of the ongoing Social change through sport project and in direct continuation of the FSGT follow-up mission, our animators just completed an intensive 2‑day frisbee training under the expert supervision of FSGT trainers. Across those two dynamic days, the animators weren’t just passive participants—they were fully immersed, rediscovering and mastering previous frisbee activities while also being introduced to a range of new games, drills, and teaching techniques designed to expand their technical knowledge and their overall understanding of the game. But this training wasn’t only about the animators; it was about the ripple effect that follows. By deepening what the animators know and how they coach, these frisbee activities will directly boost the children’s comprehension, confidence, and enjoyment of the game—turning every throw, catch, and sideline cheer into a tool for teamwork, inclusion, and real social change.
كجزء من مشروع “التغيير المجتمعي من خلال الرياضة”، وفي استكمال مباشر لمهمة المتابعة التي نفذتها منظمة FSGT، أنهى منشّطونا مؤخراً تدريباً مكثفاً في رياضة الفريسبي استمرّ على مدى يومين، وذلك تحت إشراف مدربيّ FSGT الخبراء برياضة الفريسبي. لم يكن المنشّطون مجرّد مشاركين، بل انغمسوا بالكامل في التجربة خلال ايام التدريب، حيث أعادوا اكتشاف وإتقان أنشطة الفريسبي السابقة، إلى جانب التعرّف على مجموعة جديدة من الألعاب، والتمارين، وأساليب التدريب التي تهدف إلى توسيع معرفتهم التقنية وتعميق فهمهم الشامل للعبة.
لم يركزهذا التدريب على المنشّطين فقط، بل على الأثر الذي سينتقل لاحقاً إلى الأطفال. فمن خلال تطوير مهارات المنشّطين وتعزيز أساليب تدريبهم، ستساهم أنشطة الفريسبي بشكل مباشر في رفع مستوى فهم الأطفال للعبة، وتعزيز ثقتهم بأنفسهم، وزيادة استمتاعهم بها، ليصبح كل تمرير، والتقاط، وتشجيع من على خطّ الملعب أداةً حقيقية لتعزيز العمل الجماعي، والاندماج، وإحداث تغيير اجتماعي فعلي

لكن في لبنان مع الحرب و النار.. مع الخراب والدمار تستمر الحياة وفي الرياضة حياة الرياضة وقت الحرب
ليست رفاهية، هي القوه التي تزرع بداخلنا الأمل لغد جديد.
الرياضة لاتعني تجاهل الألم.. هي وسيلة نجاة ، هي علاج، هي احتجاج، هي طريق السلام. إلى كل شخص في لبنان يتنفس الحياة استمر لأن استمرارك هو قوتك
تعبك هو توازنك
فريقك هو سندك
استمر ليس برغم الحرب ،لكن بسبب الحرب

Wars, in every country, mean stopping
stopping play, stopping laughter, stopping life.
Life no longer feels like life.
But in Lebanon, even with war and fire,
with destruction and loss, life continues
and in sport, there is life.
Sport in times of war
is not a luxury.
It is the strength that plants hope within us for a new tomorrow.
Sport does not mean ignoring the pain.
It is survival. It is healing. It is protest. It is a path to peace.
To every person in Lebanon holding on to life: keep going.
Your persistence is your strength.
Your effort is your balance.
Your team is your support.
Keep going
not despite the war,
but because of it.
Despite difficult times, mothers remain a source of strength and a haven of peace.

بفضل التبرعات التي جُمعت خلال Ramadan Market، تمّ تحضير وجبات الإفطار في مركز بيت السلام وتوزيعها على العائلات النازحة في مدينة طرابلس.
هذه المبادرة تعكس روح التكافل في شهر رمضان، حيث تتحول كل مساهمة وكل تبرع إلى وجبة إفطار تصل إلى من هم بأمسّ الحاجة لها.
شكرًا لكل من تبرّع وشارك وساهم في إنجاح Ramadan Market، ولكل المتطوعين الذين عملوا على التحضير والتوزيع. معًا نستطيع أن نصل إلى المزيد من العائلات. Warm Iftar, shared with care in Tripoli 🌙
Thanks to the generous donations collected during the Ramadan Market, Iftar meals were prepared at Beit Al Salam Center and distributed to displaced families in Tripoli.
In the spirit of Ramadan, every contribution becomes a meal that brings comfort, dignity, and support to families going through difficult times.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated, supported the Ramadan Market, and to the volunteers who helped prepare and distribute the meals. Together, we can continue reaching more families in need. 🤍
