A huge thank you to Ankita and Flavia from @threads.lab.ldn for bringing their creativity, lived experience, care and skills to our groups at MinA 💛 Together, we printed, cut, stuck, foraged and created, sharing moments of collective care, connection and belonging along the way. Through maps, photos, annotations and poetry, we explored memories of home, family and culture and how these shape our lives in London. We also slowed down together, working with plants, natural dyes and simple crafts, and nurturing wellbeing through making and connection. Thanks to everyone who showed up, shared space, and helped make these days softer, and gentler 🌼

COMMON GROUNDS Nomad is proud to deliver a series of workshops at our building Arc House in partnership with Threads Lab as a part of our upcoming series of events as a part of The London Festival of Architecture!   Join us to trace, print, and piece together our shared and scattered geographies of London. Where do you feel supported in the city? What helps you land, even for a moment? This session is part of Supported Cities, a citizen-led research project exploring everyday experiences of belonging across London. Together, we’re building a living map of the city through a growing visual archive of care and lived experience. Through collaborative mapping and open conversation, we’ll share stories and mark the places that matter. No experience needed, just bring yourself! 📍 Arc House 🗓 27 April & 11 May ⏰ 6pm - 8pm

It was a quiet morning of learning the techniques, sharing food and creating playful compositions with our lovely participants. Tell us, what do you do to practice belonging and with whom?
