One of our most asked questions is “when should I book my first fitting?”
There are 2 parts to the answer ✨🪡💕
1. Book your appointment as soon as you know your wedding date and/or have your gown. This ensures you’re on our books as a bride and guaranteed your fitting slots. Trying to book in last minute may (and usually will) result in disappointment as we get fully booked up in advance.
2. Book your first fitting FOR a date in the month around 3 months before your actual wedding date 🫶🏻 we will usually carry out 2 or 3 fittings between then and your wedding day. All other fittings after your first one will be booked in by us alongside your schedule.
However, if you require more complex alterations such as redesigns or bespoke sleeves, please get in touch asap as we’d like a consultation sooner to discuss your plan.

Kelsie 💕✨
One of my favourite projects so far đź’• Kelsie came to me in 2025 with a vision for her stunning 2 piece wedding gown by @wona_concept . Kelsie wanted to change up the back fastening, add some pearl detailing to the front and shorten the hem to the same length front and back. Using the offcut from the hem we designed a corset back incorporating the pleated fabric which blended seamlessly into the overall look.
As well as the aesthetic changes, I also took the skirt in to fit, adjusted the straps and took in the side seams for a better fit on the bust. A stunning result for a stunning bride 💕🪡✨

Beautiful bride Abi came to me with this stunner of a gown, we had to adjust the bodice fit as well as the length. The straps were sitting way too wide on Abi’s shoulders, meaning the front wasn’t sitting correctly on her bust. By moving the straps in slightly, the back looked much neater and the front sat correctly, looking beautiful at the final fit ✨🪡

Transformation 🪡✨💕
Still in love with this outcome! Fully lining the bodice meant I could add enough boning to supply the support needed at the bust. Bethan and I worked together with options, Bethan loved the look of the lining and I loved that I could get the corsetry needed in there!

Stephanie asked me to shorten her mums dress ready for her wedding reception. With the offcuts she asked me to make a christening dress, waistcoat and bow tie for her children đź’•

Hayley listened to what I wanted and made the most beautiful outfits. I am so pleased with everything including how beautiful my mum’s wedding dress looks now it’s been styled more to my taste and will be a lovely evening party dress on my big day. Gorgeous bride Roisin got married this week 💕🪡✨ @shelleydanielphotography captured her beautiful day at @hensolcastle
Roisin came to me with a stunning gown from @bridalrelovedcardiff which needed alterations to make considerably smaller.
I shortened the straps, took in a couple of inches at the back zip & side seams, replaced the bust cups and shortened the length 🪡✨
The result was a beautiful silhouette really showing off Roisin’s figure.
