I have so much to say
and I’m overwhelmed
so I’ll start with words that really resonate
that could sum up everything this album means to me
that I heard tara brach speaking a while ago in a podcast
“to love someone
is to learn the song in their heart
and sing it to them
when they have forgotten.”
let this album be a reminder to myself
and maybe to you too
that alongside all the darkness, the grief and the horrors
there is light
there is learning
there is curiosity
and most of all
there is the people that make you feel loved and cared for.
