9 years without Phil. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't deeply wish I could talk to him again. A great piece or part of me lies stranded in May 2017 - I suppose that's just the way of things, we are never quite the same again after the great lights leave us.
Yesterday, my four year old picked up a book in the library called 'I Love You Grandad' and it really hit me he how long it's been and how much Phil would have liked to be a Grandad.
