✨ A little ask from our community… ✨
We’re in the early stages of bringing Barefoot & Wild to life — a small, nature-based wellness hub in rural Warwickshire, centred around movement, breath, heat, cold, sound and community.
The vision includes:
🌿 embodied movement (animal flow, yoga, somatic practices)
🌿 breathwork & nervous system work
🌿 sauna & cold water immersion
🌿 sound baths, ceremonies & seasonal rituals
🌿 space to slow down, reconnect and gather
We’re feeling really ready to get the ball rolling…
but right now we’re stuck at the land-finding stage.
So we’re reaching out ❤️
If you know of — or are —
🌿 a landowner
🌿 a farmer with unused space
🌿 a smallholding or woodland edge
🌿 rural land open to a low-impact, temporary setup
…within or around Warwick / Leamington / South Warwickshire, we’d love to hear from you.
Ideally, the land would: • be in a flood-free zone • already have mains water • have an electric supply
(but we’re still open to conversations)
Our setup would be: • low-impact & largely reversible • respectful of land, neighbours and nature • community-focused, calm and considered
